Comfortable, clean and spacious. Roomy closet. Nice coffee. Two things that have pros and cons: there’s cleaning every day (it’s nice but also maybe not needed and it means we need to be out of the room) and the online opening of the doors (it worked great for us but it means you must have good internet in front of and inside the building).

Great location only a couple of blocks from the old Bologna centre. Very friendly and helpful owner who is quick to respond to queries and offer suggestions on best places to visit and eat.

The property is conveniently located near the city centre and is comfortable for a small group. We really appreciated Francesca accommodating our late arrival from the airport and letting us leave our luggage while we explored the city.

We loved everything about our apartment. The main bedroom was spacious, there was lots of storage for hanging clothes, and the bathroom was very nice. It was so central, just a few minutes walk from the main piazza. The host Francesca was so lovely and helpful, we would love to stay again on our next visit.
