“Great for a stay in Bologna”

15-20 min walk till the train station. Nice cafeteria nearby. 5 min walk to the food store. Close distance to old town. Room was clean and comfortable. We were met with a lady, she showed and explained everything. Once you get the keys, can move around without disturbing others.

This B&B offers a good room and a pleasant bathroom. No breakfast but there is bar 50 meters from the entrance. Not too far from the real city center.

Good size room and bathroom - heated tile floors in bathroom were a nice touch in winter. Owner lived next door and he helped us with navigating the confusing parking rules so we didn't end up getting fined. Good location just outside of the busier areas but walking distance within 10-20 min of all the places we wanted to go. Coffee machine and some small snacks provided were welcome. Room was cleaned very well every day.

Location was excellent. Host was superb. Francesco gave us a map and pin pointed all the important places. Booked us a taxi to the airport and suggested a wonderful local cafe for a meal.
