The B&B is in an excellent position, very close to the train station. Therefore public transport is very easy to catch. Despite the position in an extremely busy area, rooms are beyond an internal courtyard, therefore very quiet. Nice also the idea of a voucher for breakfast in a very close coffee shop (for coffee/cappuccino and a croissant). Online check-in and self admittance to the room was easy and smooth.

The room was large (enough to fit in 4 sleeping). The 'breakfast' is a bit of a joke - a croissant and one cup of coffee at the cafe nearby. Location is excellent if arriving by train, but is about a kilometre from the 'ancient' town that most people will be going to Bologna to see

Elena was lovely for coming to the BnB so we could store our luggage before our room was ready. Location is amazing, so close to the train and easy to get to. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious. The little balcony was a nice delight to look out onto the streets of Bologna.

The place is extremely close to the train station which was nice for traveling. Also close to the main hub of the city where you can eat.

Host was very friendly and kept me updated. We were able to check in early which was great. Great location for access to train station and about a 10 min walk into the centre so great overall. The room was clean and spacious

Great location, near to the train station and relatively close to the city center! Also, the owner was super nice and let us leave our luggage after checkout while we were walking around the city and waiting for our train.
