It was super clean, the stuff was super nice and communicative, location was great… 10 out of 10 for these apartments and their customer service! Our flight was late in the evening and they allowed us to leave the luggage at the reception. All recommendations for Almarossa!

We arrived late in the evening so the reception was already closed (after 7pm), but the instructions to get into the building and how to collect the keys to our rooms were great. Staff was helpful and responsive prior to our arrival. The specials common area (kitchen and dining tables) were nice to have so I could get some work done without staying in my room all the time. There was some complementary coffee offered as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine we could use. The staff was very kind, she let us know when the room was ready so we could check in a little earlier. And we could leave our luggage after check out and before leaving the city. Location is quite ok, for us it was just a walking distance to the main attractions.

Stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Lia checked us in on a Sunday, as she happened to be doing a quality check at the hotel and because it would save us from waiting in a queue on Monday morning. She gave us a lot of recommendations for food and sights as well. This is a welcome and a level of service that you don't get in a lot of places these days and it was much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is ideal – just a 20-minute walk to the station, with easy access to the airport, and only 10 minutes to the city center. The room was easy to access, and having wash and dry machines on the bottom floor was a huge convenience. We especially appreciated the option for a late checkout, which made our departure day much easier. The sheets were very comfortable, and the shower was perfect.
