Very clean and simple, yet well-equipped so that nothing is missing. In a very good location, but quiet. The staff assisted us with everything we needed. If I were to visit Bologna again, I would stay in the same apartment.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment, on the edge of the medieval town and a short, interesting and easy walk to the central square . Coded entry to the complex, building and apartment provides good security. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, professional and very efficient. Highly recommended and we hope to stay here again when we’re back in Bologna in February.

Location and apartment itself were very good. It was quite clean and the apartment has all the equipment which is necessary. It is quite spacious and new.

Excellent stay (family of 4 with 2 young children (five and seven years)), our contact at the host company was very helpful both before and during the stay. Very comfortable, clean apartment. 10 minute walk to the city centre, 12 to Piazza Maggiore, 4 min walk to bus stop that easily gets you to the train station (it is also a walkable 18 mins to the station). We would happily use again if staying in Bologna.

Property was modern, clean and well furnished and really well appointed. Inside was very pleasant. It was close to all the main sites and inside we felt secure. We loved our time staying here in Bologna.
