Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety and very tasty to boot. The room was a really good size, had comfortable beds, tasteful and inviting decor and was spotlessly clean. The lights flickered a little but that is not unexpected with rural properties in Italy. The downstairs reception, common area and breakfast area were lovely. We got a taxi into Bolgheri which worked out at 45 euros there and back in total but it was worth every penny as we had spend hours riding our bikes in biblical levels of rain.

The property is well located within the wine region of Bolgheri and to some of the great wine estates. The property has a great pool to take a break from all the wine tasting and the breakfast was amazing, well worth the stay!
