It is a very curious experience to stay in a water tower! Super! Next to the building there is a swimming pool which is free with the room (closes at 9pm). The breakfast was less attractive than in other places, but certainly sufficient. You can choose from a list of fried / scrumbled eggs, toast with jam, etc. The bathroom was fine.

Always like staying here. It is an unusual hotel in an old water tower and the location is great for sportsmen as it is in the middle of a large sport complex. Really useful that the reception is open late for night time train arrivals - somehow the personnel still remain cheerful even towards midnight!

Stayed here many times and love the service, comfort and quirky concept of the converted water tower. For the first time I took advantage of the pool facilities next door and the pub round the back - both were great and to have a free swim makes the value for money even better.
