Nature, hotel atmosphere, super friendly staff, plenty of activities nearby and in hotel (kids animation, gym, play area etc.). Great family room!

Hotel in a beautiful location. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony for free as it was a quiet time of year to visit. Nice room with a good sized comfortable bed. Plenty of places to put your things and a shower with good pressure. Towels provided. Friendly staff and dinner in the bar was good and reasonably priced. Big selection at breakfast and the lady on duty was friendly and helpful. Making me up some scrambled eggs which were lovely. Highly recommend staying here. Would definitely book again .

Really nice hotel, surrounded by the beautiful forest, very peaceful. Ideal starting point for hiking to mount Triglav (the parking lot for the starting point is a 5 minutes drive). Nice breakfast. Also dinner was fine, rich and really good price.

Friendly staff and good food. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very nice. Didn't have the included breakfast as we left early to start our hike to triglav. Staff were very helpful and organised a lunch pack instead of breakfast so we could leave early and take it with us for breakfast.

Excellent location if you want to enjoy outdoor activities in Pokljuka. The kitchen is open most of the day, which is nice if you don't want to schedule your day around meal time. The room was pretty big, which is a plus when you organise your hiking equipment.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. They secured some transportation for me as the weather was awful and there’s no public transport this time of year. Most helpful.
