Great location with nice cafes and restaurants around, nice view from the window if not facing the street. Helpful staff despite not speaking English - printed something for us when asked.

Many rooms feature a huge window with a nice view of the city. The hotel is located in one of the best and safer neighbourhoods of Bogotá (according to other friends that live there), where you can walk around without having to worry too much, even at night. You can find many cute cafés and restaurants nearby.

The room is really clean. It is in a safe location with a number of nice restaurants around. The reception staff does not speak English but we communicated with Google Translate and she was very patient and helpful.

I mentioned in another review that I stayed in the basic double room for a night and did not have good reviews due to the poor sound proof. However, staying at the suite, it was very quiet. The room is big, and had everything that we needed.

Room was nice and bright The hotel and surrounding area was very quiet and a large comfy bed so we had a good night sleep each night Staff were very helpful - and even arranged for us to check in at 5am! Good places to eat and drink nearby

Location was great - in nice area with good restaurants, cafes etc. Apartment was very modern and clean with very good kitchen equipment - makes a big difference! Shower was great.
