This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) only when receiving a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP12 visa upon entry to the country Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus breakfast). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of fruit, cereal, breads, hot meals, soup, juices, and even desserts. The gym is amazing with lots of equipment and saunas (male/female is separated). We received a free upgrade to a suite, which has plenty of room. WiFi is decent, but becomes unusable if there is a conference during the day.

Probably one of the biggest and best beds that I have had in all the hotels I have stayed. When I open the door to my hotel room I was shocked about the size and quality of the rooms. Either I was luck to have that room but overall I felt directly at home. The bed was amazing! I had a great sleep with a great view to Bogota! Breakfast was big, colombian style, delicious. The stuff was very supportive at all times.

Great location, near to nice restaurants, and a short taxi ride to the cable cars and bus station. Greeting porters 24/7. Room kept clean. Nice and varied breakfast.

Room is clean and everything worked out perfect. The location was, perfect. I loved the Hotel and will be back with a bigger group for September. The whole Staff did a very good Job. We did feel very safe and everything was in the place what we needed!
