Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations and will have a different cancellation policy than single reservations. The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy. As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD $35 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed. The best part of this hotel is the location! It is at the center of tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping.

amazing staff have every solution that we needed, Especially Paola and Miguel, the madam at the cafe who helped us a lot. great breakfast selection, especially for ham, cheese, sandwich, breads and juices house keeping team really did a great job and very attentive to help tiny room in the cafe was great for a small 5 pax business reunion easy access to Zona T and going to Usaquen area walking distance to lots of great restaurants

Stuff is very friendly, especially front desk team and at dinning room/restaurant team. Hotel isvery clean, rooms as well as public areas, great location close to restaurants, mall, parque. (2-3 min walk) , very rich breakfast .
