Very professional, service oriented, friendly and helpful staff (particularly at the front desk, they're quite cool) The architecture and facilities are nice, it's quite a 5-star-hotel like experience (the taps, hot showers, floors, furniture, etc) It's quite convenient to meet people and make new acquaintances. Beds are confortable, clean towels and sheets, specious lockers. Generally efficient Wi-fi network Well decorated, specially the garden The breakfast is generally good. Quietness in the dorms Overall, among the best hostels Everything is properly maintained The kitchen is functional: has a reliable microwave and fridge

Clean, great location, friendly staff, breakfast was good and no problems with airport pickup as we read in prior reviews! Small tip: bring earplugs just like anywhere else in Colombia but thats all :)

-position in candelaria, 10 mins walk from everything and right next one of the prettiest little plaza in the city -helpful and friendly staff, they even helped me setting up a colombian sim card (I bought there) -very pretty structure -lots of daday and night activities that can be booked in reception

The dorms are very well equipped and comfortable, the bathrooms are great, staff are friendly and food is lovely.
