Ok for one night max. Kitchen was ok for what I needed but other guests would leave their dirty pots/pans/utensils and not clean up. The beds were super comfortable and the wifi was ok. Carulla supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Area felt safe-ish, hostel security is pretty good. Dogs were friendly. Staff were helpful but kept themselves to themselves.

Macondo is a good hostel. The hostel is spotlessly clean, offers a snack bar and has extremely friendly staff. It also has nice outside areas. The women who run this hostel make a huge effort to keep things running smoothly and they do a fantastic job.

Very cute and confortable hostel. Very cosy. Kitchen very well equipped. The emplacement is good and safe.
