Shuttle transfer service from Bogota Airport to the hotel was excellent. Hotel helped to arrange transport to Sogamoso in Boyaca which was very convenient and welcome. Adequate breakfast. Very helpful and courteous staff in all areas. Luggage storage was available.

Well located near the airport, room was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast looked good, even though I had 4 hours to spare at the hotel and time to have breakfast, I was delayed due to the self service laundry not being operational, although I had been assured that it was working on two previous occasions. It amazes me that they offer self service laundry and assure a guest that it is operational, yet from reception to maintenance to management, either they are not aware that the machines are no operational, or just not interested in getting the equipment repaired.

This is a fantastic hotel, highly recommend! As frequent travellers, who have to stop over in Bogota for the night this is our hotel of choice.

I always stay in this hotel for three reasons: The free shuttle transportation from and to the airport. The location is near to the airport and then check-out is a 13. It is a good hotel to stay for an overnight

The hotel is perfect for a short transient if you have an anticipated flight. Very basic and small room space which is just right for its room rates and purpose. Breakfast was good too!

It was really nice and clean. Quiet. They offer Shuttle from and to the airport. it was really convenient. Nice breakfast and they had some snack for Christmas. Nice city view. They will rent you hairdryer at the desk.
