Good location, big room with double bed + sofa + AC + fan + etc, kitchen with fridge + kettle + more, bathroom with hot water, so all you need, nice owner, all is clean, I fully recommend this guest house

Clean, spacious, comfortable. AC works, ceiling fans, hot water, everything was perfect. Kitchen is basic, no cooking utensils. Fridge works fine. The host is very friendly and can help with everything.

Austin is an amazing host, he picked us up from the airport & drove us to our bus stop the next day for very reasonable prices. The room is super comfortable, there was loads of storage space, bathroom was clean & the kitchen would’ve been very handy if we’d been staying longer. Location is great, so close to the airport & a few minutes walk to the beach & cafes.

Very clean apparent with AC, fridge, bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom and living room very stylish and clean. The owner Auslyn is very friendly and guided me to the nearby restaurants, you can eat very well just 100 metres from the guesthouse.

Everything, close location to the airport, only 420 rupees one way. Quite place, Ventilators, AC. Hot showers. Basic cutlery.

Very nice clean room with a balcony and a fridge .very comfy bed. it's only 10-15 from the airport and the fair is 370 rupess. Austin is a great host ,he Speaks perfect English and connects with you by WhatsApp before you arrive. Austin even waited outside on my arrival to make sure the taxi driver found the place,you can message him on WhatsApp for any advice and he responds straight away, he was so helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk away.

Very clean rooms, clear instructions to reach the property. Austin made an effort to communicate with me and made sure that I do not have any issues even when he was not around for my check in. His parents are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended !
