Everything was perfect, it exceeded my expectations, we had everything we needed. Food was very tasty and diverse, room was very beautiful, clean and with amazing view, and staff was also very friendly and useful, especially the restaurant manager who is sitting among the waiters and is client oriented.

A really nice hotel in the end. Once we were moved to our correct room that we had booked and spent one night in a dingy room that we hadn't booked with no balcony and no views... then the stay improved enormously. The buffet was a surprise, and it exceeded our expectations... the mains aren't great, but the starters, salads and deserts are divine. Ordering drinks is easy. The wifi is strong. The beach is gorgeous, albeit packed and jammed in and so very tightly packed with sunbed chairs but it's clean crystal clear water and feels safe to leave your belongings whilst you swim. There's plenty of food stations around the hotel and drink bars/stations. The location is really close to Bodrum and there's even a water taxi just down the beach that you can get into town and it's a gorgeous little ride past the castle. The hotel is old, and needs a bit of revamp, but it's clean and it's huge so the staff are running it well and there's enough support of staff around if you need them. The room ( once we got our proper room on the 2nd night) was lovely, comfortable, quiet, with a great balcony and sea views, with a very comfy bed - but the pillows are too fat and there's no sheets - we had to keep asking for sheets for the bed to lay under ( not the mattress sheet, but a sheet to sleep with). The all-inclusive thing is very strange to us ( Australians) and we don't normally do this, but it works and it was good value.

Very nice stay: a good choice food, close to the town so you don't spend a lot of money on taxis. Nice and clean beach. Staff is really nice, especially the girls at the reception. I was hesitant before coming as other comments mentionned that you have to pay extra for some drinks. However it was not the case for us : we had as many drinks as we liked and we didn't get charged anything extra.

a great and long schedule for breakfast lunch, in between lunch and dinner snacks, dinner and a big variety of local drinks for free. Basically you shouldn't worry you would be hungry or thirsty even if you over slept or skipped some of the meals

It was a compact hotel, easy to move around, in the hot weather. Great location, it had a spectacular views on the bardakçı bay. Stayed in the apartments, it was very good size, very good air conditioning. Quiet, clean. Though it may be not suitable for those with mobility issues. Food variety and quality were very good every meal. Breakfast was great. Deserts were also good, every meal there was baklava and borek varieties. Although last couple of days of our stay, hotel became full and food options were running out, I suppose they can easily adjust to this. Staff were in general very good, special thanks to Halime serving at the restaurant who was always smiling, helpful and efficient. Beach was great, it was sandy and water was very clean though a bit cold but I understand this is the case for Bodrum sea. It had a decent size pool but not much used as most people were using the beach. Internet was good. Gym was great, good range of equipment and great air conditioning. Sea taxi takes 5 minutes to reach Bodrum centre.
