Loved everything about this place..the view..the apartment..the location. They even had sauna and steam, which was just what we needed to end the night. The views were just unbelievable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. All we did was bring our own groceries.

Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

I can say that this accommodation is simply perfect. The guesthouse is situated in the mountainside in Bodensdorf and its location provides a dreamlike and enchanting scenery that I've hardly seen before. It is operated by a lovely couple, who greeted us warmly and informed us about everything. The athmosphere of the room is very charming. It is very spacious, modern, fully equipped with everything that you can imagine (including for example the capsule coffee machine with capsules, home-made spices in the kitchen). On the ground floor, opposite the reception there is an information corner with lots of brochures, maps that helped us a lot to plan our stay. There is also a small shop in which you can buy some food and drink for your breakfast or even for your dinner. I can use only superlatives for this accommodation. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The owner was very kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is beautiful and quiet, offering a stunning view that we thoroughly enjoyed. The property is fully equipped with everything we needed, providing all the comforts of home. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
