The staff are so helpful and kind. It's very clean and there is an amazing restaurant downstairs. The location is beyond good. Keep up the good work, Gloria! Glory be to Jesus!

Rooms are too out dated for the price , the buffet was the highlight of our stay . The entrance and hallways are much nicer than the rooms

Compared to some other hotels where the staff who don't speak English tend to ignore / are less accommodating to non-Portuguese speakers, here the staff are always friendly and try to accommodate everyone. Location is great; very easy to get around Blumenau from there. Breakfast is amazingly good - very wide range of delicious food offered - best i've experienced in Brazil so far. Made me wish i had stayed longer to try more food.

The hotel is well located, an old building. They put me beside the laundry so I heard a lot of noises, but the windows have noise block from the outside, so it was fine.
