The atmosphere was so friendly and laid back and the location was amazing to walk everywhere and discover some of Bluff's hidden secrets and amazing bush walks

The generosity of the host - go down any time and help yourself to a cuppa or some toast. This establishment is an old pub - though the facilities were shared, it was very quiet and we felt we had so much space - it is excellent for what it is - thank you to the Eagle!

We loved our stay at the Eagle. The atmosphere was lovely, everyone was super friendly, and it was super conveniently located with restaurants, and the activities we wanted to do. The loaded fries with beef in the Eagle Pub was the best ever! The heaters were epic at heating up the rooms too so we were comfy and toasty our entire stay!

Great for a budget hotel. Walk across the road to the ferry. They are currently refurbishing the hotel but it was not inconvenient at all. I would stay here again. Don't expect the lap of luxury but it is great for the price

I loved this accomodation! Friendly and helpful team. Loved the personality of this character hotel. Lots of attention to detail that made me feel very welcome. Comfortable bed. Warm. Huge choice of continental breakfast food and beverages in character dining room. Lovely new guest lounge upstairs, great views of the working harbour. Very good value for money. They are refurbishing rooms currently. I enjoy supporting local business's and will definately recommend to others. I left with a warm feeling..I will be back!

Location very handy for what i wanted.nice dining room for breakfast which was nice..everything clean an tidy.modern bathroom an shower also very nice.well done for all the work gone into it.

Breakfast was all i needed for a continental breakfast, plenty different cereals to choose from & enought different jams etc for my toast,alot of hot drinks to choose from as well.lovely.Also all tables clean etc.

Good location near the port, free continental breakfast (cereals and toast) was great for our early start to catch a boat. Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
