The place is located in a very safe area, at a walking distance to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Furthermore, there is an accessible rooftop, that allows a very beautiful view at the ocean and Cape Town city at night. The swimming pool was always clean and there's more than enough facilities for a sun bath. Ted (The host) was very friendly and understanding, he always made sure that the place and rooms were clean and tidy, and made sure that all clients were happy and enjoying their stay.

Perfect location, close to the beach. The host and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean. It is my second time staying here and is my preferred accommodation for my visits to Cape Town
