The hotel staff were friendly upon our arrival and helped us get settled in. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Our vehicle was parked safely under guard in the underground parking lot.

I left my ID by the counter and they called and assisted to courier it back to me. The concierge help and Guided us to the parking and even locked our trailer up in their lockable parking. The breakfast was very nice and the more classical them of the dining room was a beautiful experience.

We had an overnight stay whilst travelling from Cape Town and this hotel was perfect for us. The hotel has old charm to it and is exceptionally clean, warm & inviting. The staff are friendly & efficient. Our stay also included a buffet breakfast which exceeded our expectations. Unbelievable value for money !

It was fine for a overnight stay. There is no halal options available. The halal onions that was offered to me was frozen fish cakes and fish fingers for R285 per person.

I loved that it was cool with aircon and we could also open windows. Lights are specified for the one who needs light at the time which is perfect.
