The pool area has just been refurbished and is on a par with some of the nicest spas I’ve visited. Little touches like chocolates and cookies for guests were so lovely. The staff were very friendly and did all they could to help.

This place is highly recommended and exceeded my initial impressions. Starting with the communication with the hotel after booking was quick and comprehensive. Parking availability was informed well in advance. The staff speaks English and is highly supportive. Rooms are immaculate with neatness, cleanliness and quality of all switches as well as electronics. 2 huge 55+ inch TVs in my suite were highly enjoyable. The bathtub in the living room in front of the TV was relaxing! The toiletries in the bathroom smell nice and have a fresh rejuvenating aroma. Me and my fellow travelers found this hotel relaxing and pleasurable. A bag of cookies while checking out was a delicious surprise!

The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing. The view is really nice and the bathtub in the Junior suite was really good. O really liked the stools with the 'bar' behind the bed, although not that comfortable, but I used it to the maximum for working. Overall great stay and would go again,since I did not have time to get to the breakfast.

I liked the location, not so far from the station and you can also take the tram to there. The bed was supper comfy and we had everything we needed without asking ( like toothbrush and toothpaste). And de jacuzzi plus the swimming pool was just top notch, super relaxing.

The location is awesome and we got the room with the bath at the bottom of the bed, overlooking the beach (floor 8)
