Please note that the property can only accommodate a maximum of two dogs per chalet. An additional fee of GBP 5 per dog, per day, or GBP 35 per dog, per week, is payable in cash on arrival. No other pets are allowed. Please inform Ericht Holiday Lodges in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Note: Please note that the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that cots may not fit in the bedrooms and may need to be placed in the living room area. Please check each lodge description for more information.Please note: that commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Logdes were beautiful. The area itself was also beautiful and we loved the local walks available. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was very relaxing and welcoming, I arranged flowers to be in the Lodge for my wife and Kay the owner very kindly organised this for me. We both can't say enough and thank everyone for making our weekend stay perfect.

An adorable place to stay with plenty of privacy. The property has a nice balance of being close to a town but also feeling like you’re in the countryside with plenty of trees and the sound of the river. We loved the cosy atmosphere in the cabin and found it very spacious for three adults.

Kay came when we arrived and showed us how to work everything and made sure we knew how to contact her if we had any issues. The lodge was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The beds were really comfy and the whole lodge felt very cosy. We are a family of four and couldn’t have asked for better. There was a small garden with a play area which the kids loved and the lodge was a short walk from the town centre and river walk. We’ll definitely be back.

Size of the lodge was great. Surrounding area very tranquil. Close to town centre and surrounding towns not far to travel to. Great base.
