Great location,700meter from main bus station. Really hospitable host and receptionist. Their restaurant is amazing especially Capuchino

This hotel is in a great location inbetween the bus station and the main square. It's easy to walk around the city from here. The room was a good size and comfortable, with air conditioning. There was a small fridge. When I asked to change my room (using Google translate) due to a smell, they kindly and quickly changed it for me.

Good location for transit. Staff was polite, we found parking fairly quick right next to the hotel. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs with very good prices.

From a first impression (we only stayed for half an hour), the studio was very clean and the beds seemed comfortable, it was good for a family with 2 children and the price was ok. The lady at the reception was nice.

A unique "value for money" family hotel in a great location of Blagoevgrad. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities and home made food, right on spot. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help any moment.

Good location if you travel by bus or train. Receptionist didn’t speaker english but arranged a mobil call with a person who did. That worked well!
