Earlier check-in (12:00 to 14:00) may sometimes be accommodated at no extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The host was friendly and welcoming. It was bright and clean. The heating was on perfectly The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfy and clean Kettle coffee tea was plenty and clean. Wardrobe to hang clothes. Free WiFi but that's just an added bonus Very good value for money and will definitely be staying again. Thank you

I booked this property for me, my husband and friends for an event in the Blackpool Tower. The location is perfect a few minutes walk, as it is so central. The room No 7 was small but cosy, all what you need for a 1 or 2 night stay. It was clean, the shower was brilliant.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. The room was quite small but this didn't really bother us as it was only for a nights stay. Bed was comfortable, and there was WiFi which was very handy. Curtain wasnt on the rail properly, but it didn't affect the use. There were a few marks on the walls that could do with touching up, and the white paint needed to be removed from the wardrobe. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.
