The room was very cosy, comfortable and clean. Only small but perfect for us. The shower and toilet was clean. Tea and coffee facilities provided. The host was very attentive, she texted when we arrived and left. And she was kind enough to let us have a late check out. We would definitely stay again

Decor in the guest house was quirky and fun. Tiffy's is room only, so we won't comment on breakfast, but cutlery and crockery provided in lounge area was very handy for getting takeaways. Room was large and comfy. The fridge was very useful. Whilst we never met her, Tiffy was very attentive and kept in touch via text and gave us some good suggestions for visits. The info in the room also gave some good suggestions for local cafes and restaurants - plus a great ice cream shop! Location was ideal for us - beach and a tram stop right at the end of the road. Area was well away from noisy crowds, but well within walking distance of the lively town spots.

Very clean and tidy despite check in being virtual very straight forward and host checked all was fine through mobile contcat . would definetly recommend and stay again

It’s fresh, it’s clean and a lot of love has been put into it that’s for sure. Tiff was brilliant at responding g to any questions. Having been to Blackpool many times and this is the best I’ve found ..too good to tell my friends :)
