Didn’t realise there was a charge for parking until I had an email from Tiffany’s. Enjoyed the entertainment, good singer on went from one sone to another for 45 minutes. Room was clean but skirtings were particularly dirty, haven’t been done in a while. When I was ready to have a shower that evening I was surprised that there were no toiletries to wash myself or my hair. I thought it was accidental but went to reception and that is their policy now and was directed to a shop. Obviously too late, not sure why unless they don’t want people using their washing facilities. If I knew I would of been prepared but I stay in hotels all over this country and never had this before.

Room was basic, had to request another cup as only one in the room and shower cubicle was very small, so if you were larger person you would not of been able to shower. Only small towels, could of done with bath sheets. Could hear the doors squeaking outside our room all the time so could do with a bit of WD40 applying.

The entertainment was good. Food exceptional. Staff polite. Beds are comfier than some 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Best nights sleep ever. We will definitely recommend 👌

Room was clean. Slight damp. Reception staff are disinterested Dining staff really helpful. Breakfast was just awful. Nothing in the games room was turned on.
