Needs a bit of TLC. Location great. Owner fantastic. A bit expensive for the room and no way to lock the door further when inside the room.

This was situated in an excellent location, close to the Tower, Winter Gardens & dozens of bars. The bed was very comfortable & the room was nice and warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very spacious and warm with a comfy bed and plenty of storage space. The staff were fantastic and engaging. If you needed anything, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was superb, especially if you want the centre of town, 2 mins walk and your in the shopping centre, 5 mins walk and your on the promenade.... fantastic all-around!! We arrived later than there alloted check-in time, but they have key boxes on the outside wall, in which they placed our key card and gave us our unique number, allowing us entry with having to wait etc ... very nice touch indeed. We will definitely be coming back

I contacted the property a few days before staying if i could get a room on the ground floor and they gave me room number 1 at the back. It was really comfortable great location for everything, it was really nice of them to allow me to check in early as i contacted them to say i would be arriving after 1pm and they said it was fine. I like to say that the receptionist was really friendly and helpful as anytime i needed fresh towels she got them for me and asked if i needed anything else. I've stayed at the property before as it's value for money which was the reason that i came back. If you're looking for a cosy place I'd recommend it and it's quiet.

The location was perfect as everything that i needed was close by, 5 minute walk to the promenade to catch the tram, quiet location. The hotel was cosy When i checked in the blonde hair girl at the reception was really nice and friendly. For anyone looking for a quiet hotel i would definitely recommend this as it's also good value
