The friendly staff on arrival, we weren’t in much but when we were it was a good calm atmosphere. We stayed in another on the same street last time we visited and it was loud and could hardly sleep. Good parking and our room and place was spotless.

Great location, the owners we really friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast, everything was fresh & piping hot. Slept great, beds were really comfy.

The location was ideal for an event i was attending. The staff were lovely, pleasant and very helpful. I opted for bed with breakfast option. The cooked breakfast was well cooked well presented and nice and hot. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room, which was also clean and tidy. This B and B is good value for money, and I would stay there again.

We were at a comp at the Tower. It is a 6mjn walk to the Tower 7min to the Wintwr Gardens. Great location. Quiet at night. Clean, warm and comfy beds. The shower has hot water. Tea and coffee facilities and a hanging rail for dance outfits. We will stay here again. All staff are friendly and very accommodating. Thank you.

Family room was spotlessly clean, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast!! Owners were welcoming and friendly. Bookable parking available. Excellent location close to winter gardens and Blackpool tower. Would definitely stay again.
