The welcome at the Shepperton Hotel was very nice felt very welcome I liked the fact the owner showed us around let's us know where everything was and where it is situated was excellent within walking distance to everything south peir 5mins walk beach 5mins walk all the shop around the corner trainstaio. 6mins away great will stay here again great value for money.

The owner Geoff was a perfect gentleman. Breakfast was excellent. Showers were great. Beds clean and comfortable. Gemma made sure Breakfast was smoothly received, such a lovely woman.

Staff was going through a difficult stressful situation with owner in hospital and friends helping out to run the place. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and felt for Jeff and his friends helping run the place.

We was greeted by geoff the owner , told us we was going to be staying in a bigger family room which was lovely. We have stayed here before but had breakfast but due to geoff been taken ill and not been very well we didn't get breakfast but was told in advance about this which was absolutely fine 😊

this bnb was fairly clean just some cobbs could be seen and dust alone skirtting boards bed was spotless aswas the room I would prefere to have breakfast served rather than buffet but can not complain about the quality or quantity of the food Jeff the owner was lovely as was his staff and made us very welcome we were in room 1 and the mattress at the wall end had a spring popping or something i did mean to ask for another duvet to lie on but just folded the towels and it was better location and value for money are brill and i would stay here again .

The property is perfectly located for the pleasure beach. There is a small amount of on site parking, we fell lucky and managed to get a spot on the road in front of the hotel, there is pay parking right opposite. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble . (Even when the owner was in hospital he was still fielding phone calls) The room was clean, (a few spider webs in the high ceiling ) the bedding and mattress were spotless, so was the bathroom. Towels were provided and a soap dispenser in the shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer Iron and ironing board Plenty of storage. A smart TV so you can log into your Netflix etc or just watch normal tv Lovely cooked buffet breakfast, which was constantly refreshed with cereals, toast, jams, tea,coffee, water, orange and apple juice. A small games room but we didn’t use it. Extremely good value for money!

The owner is very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel is exactly what you expect from a Blackpool B & B. We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed before a few years ago and we will definitely be back.
