The location is spot on. Quieter end of the beach, but easy access to the theme park and waterpark

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Owner was really friendly. They accommodated us last minute after our first hotel cancelled our booking. Room super clean and comfortable! The bath was amazing my daughter absolutely loved it. We realised after spending the day in Blackpool and getting back to the car that my youngest had left her tablet in the room after checking out. I walked back over and even though they were closed for the day they still found her tablet and returned it to us! Honestly I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a lovely, warm welcome from the owner, considering I didn't check in till quite late at night. Due to a car breakdown and a family member being admitted to the hospital. In a fabulous location for the sea front.

Comfortable bed . Very small room . Door handle broken on toilet hard to open close. View was bit horrible as faced onto others flats. Dirty back. Didn't like that there was a door into next room people occupied door handle was off but could hear everything. Never really saw staff just to get key and hand key in. But was cleaned every morning so not dirty . Clean rooms . Plenty tea coffee milk ect . But toilet rolls where not changed as we had tiny bit to clean ourselves never saw staff in afternoon to ask
