Adam the owner of the hotel was very helpful and helped me to find the hotel over the phone giving me directions. Greeted me on arrival, gave me a bigger room with no fuss. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. I will be staying here next time I am in Blackpool. Thanks Adam for your kindness.

Very easy to find, staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming! Room for us was thankfully on ground floor which was even better! The Room was lovely, clean and just the right temperature. Shower was nice too. We will return next time to come to Blackpool. Thankyou

The room was spotless, as soon as you walk through the hotel door it smelt so nice you could tell they look after it, he room was heated ready for when we checked in and the beds were comfy too. The hotel owners were fantastic and so polite we had a good time in the bar area it has a great pool table, such a nice environment and welcoming, anyone who stays here will not be disappointed

It was what I needed. Everything what I would expect. Not a luxury hotel but a nice place for all who wants value for money. It was 5 minutes walk to Winter Gardens (one of my priorities), very quiet, clean and comfy enough (just for the night). Wi-Fi signal was strong enough.
