My mum and I stayed here. The room was lovely and cosy. Kath was great, very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We would happily stay at The Old Coach House again.

Lovely old building in Blackpool. Our room felt very private and it was very clean. Kath and Rick very welcoming, informative and polite. Would stay again when visiting.

It was only continental breakfast only some guest houses/hotel offered both this was only continental 'the room house was warm' very nice landlady 'who had time for us'

From the moment we booked to the minute we arrived Kath made us all feel totally at home, what a refreshing change to meet a guest house owner that makes you feel like its your own home from the second you arrive. This place is a hidden gem in Blackpool from its perfect location being a couple of minutes walk from South pier and the pleasure beach to its gorgeous bedrooms and facilities. Spotlessly clean and everything you would need. Will be our go to place for any future stays in Blackpool.

Great location with parking, rare in Blackpool. Room was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. Hosts were lovely and gave a good recommendation for places to go on an evening.
