Dating back to 1851, this couples and families 4-star boutique guest house offers free Wi-Fi. Situated on the quieter area of South Shore, the property is a 5-minute walk from Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier. Pleasure Beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
All of the en suite rooms at the Tudor-style Old Coach House have a flat-screen TV, DVD player and facilities for making tea and coffee. Some rooms have four-poster beds and a separate bath.
The family-run Old Coach House has a lounge bar overlooking the gardens.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Honesty box bar is a great idea (didn't use it but loved the idea). Extra milk, tea etc in hallway excellent.

The hosts were so lovely. we had a beautiful room that was comfy and clean. Breakfast fantastic and a bar with lots of choice.

Kath & Rick made us feel very welcome. We arrived early and was given our key so we could carry on with our day plans. The room was very clean and authentic. Tea, coffee making facilities, shower and bath. Breakfast was between 9-10am with cereals, fruit & fruit juice, yogurts, cooked breakfast keeping warm for you to self serve whenever. Toast & tea/coffee offered too. This place is in a great location and we will definitely return again. Highly recommend.
