The Welcome was both professional and homely. We arrived late from Dorset, but the reception was both kind and empathetic. Our room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast... absolutely delicious!

The location was a 5 minute walk to either Blackpool Tower, the sea front, the Winter Gardens and two car parks. The hostess very kindly carried by suitcase up to the second floor. I had been upgraded from a single to a small double bedroom which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The hotel has bar facilities and a separate dining area. There is a good choice of food available for breakfast. The hosts are knowledgeable about the area and able to recommend local bars, restaurants and activities. The room was at the back of the building with no traffic noise. Thick lined curtains over Venetian blinds. A generous hospitality tray including hot chocolate sachets, marshmallows and biscuits. Tissues, cotton wool and toiletries provided. The bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV. Modern ensuite with shower. The hosts and their little spaniel Hetty couldn't have been friendlier. I had a great stay. Thank you.

Geoff and Lorraine go above and beyond for you as a guest, nothing is to much trouble they are the nicest people and hosts i have had the pleasure to meet, wouldn't stay anywhere else and would highly recommend xx

the hosts are very welcoming location is great breakfast was excellent plenty choice the towels in the room are a great size which is refreshing lots of places have small towels heating was just right never felt chilled overall a good stay would stay again and recommend this property 😀
