Right from the beginning the landlady Janette was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. This is a budget hotel and obviously this is reflected in the price. Brilliant breakfast where Janette went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly stay again.

Great location, right in the centre.The host Jeanette is a lovely lady, very accommodating around things like check in times etc.Great value for money and the breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are always very clean and tidy, I have stayed in many locations in Blackpool and this is definitely the best.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody, I have stayed here three times now and look forward to staying again.

Friendly Janette, nothing was too much for her, she certainly knows how to please her customers 😊 Breakfast was spot on, we didn't eat again until late afternoon as we were stuffed (and happy). This place is so near to the tower, town and everything.

The Landlady was lovely. We had a nice chat before I headed out for the evening. She has a good taste in art. The single room was cozy, the single bed was comfortable, even for the second night. The Full Englishing breakfast was superb 👌
