This property is mainly for family’s but I booked it for my granddaughter and her friend as they were driving down for the weekend. They said they don’t normally take singles. My granddaughter and her friend had a fabulous time and the owners were so nice. My granddaughter would recommend for family’s and my granddaughter would go back.

We have used this hotel several times for dance competitions at the tower and will continue to do so. Excellent location and lovely couple, parking is an absolute bonus.

Small hotel/ bed and breakfast with lovely hosts. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first as it is a narrow building between other similar buildings on a street filling with tall buildings. The rooms are small, but immaculately clean and with everything needed. The bathroom and shower were also immaculate with plenty of shampoo and gels and a good supply of hot water once I worked out how to use the mixer. Cooked breakfast was excellent value for money and in addition there was cereal, Danish pastries, yogurts and fruit. A very substantial start to the day. Location is excellent for the promenade and Winter Gardens, and there is a shopping mall as well. Lots of different places to eat. Parking is bookable behind the hotel, but there are only a few spaces available. It did make life very simple as we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. Definitely recommended if anyone wants a comfortable stay with excellent hosts who could not have been kinder. And, despite the sudden cold snap, we were comfortably warm the whole stay.

We were happy with the fact that you could treat this place like home-come and go when you feel like it. The hosts are lovely-they take time to have a chat and accommodate you Breakfast was amazing after a good night's sleep in very comfortable bed We will stay here again and reccomend this lovely place

Vince and Angie are fantastic hosts of this lovely hotel, they are delightful and made us feel right at home. Looking after us throughout our stay, we know where we will be staying on future visits to Blackpool! The property is centrally located with the coast and shopping centre a few minutes away. It was very easy to get to the hotel and there are handy bays out front to unload before parking at the convenient parking to the rear of the property that you should pre-book by messaging the hosts. The rooms are very clean and all of the necessities are catered for!

Fresh and clean, hallway, our room was at the top of the landing as my friend and I have mobility issues, our room was clean, the beds were so comfortable, a good shower, Wi-Fi , TV tea& coffee facilities, clean towels daily, definitely be going again..

Our whole experience was great from start to finish. The hosts were fabulous lovely people who were amazing with our 4 year old. Room was spacious, clean and beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great. We will be re-booking for next year.
