Really enjoyed my stay at the kirkview. Very welcome host who me and my son had lots of nice chats with. Room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and powerful and there was the added bonus of having some tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel was very quiet which was nice, we had a great nice sleep every night. There was also no outside noise, it's in a great location close to everything but far enough away from all the noise that you don't hear anything. Breakfast was delicious every morning, full English cooked perfectly with tea / coffee. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast to start the day. We will definitely return, I've stayed in other places, cheaper and more expensive and this is by far the best. The thing that made they stay even more exceptional was the friendly welcoming host who made us feel at home and and went above and beyond to cater our stay. Thanks so much.

Host Chris couldn't do enough for us. Room was really comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was superb location excellent. Will definitely be back and would recommend friends family to stay here.

On arrival we were very welcomed and we were moved to family room as we both have health issues with stairs it wasn’t a problem at all. The breakfast was beautiful lovely and hot as well as the toast. We couldn’t have been made more welcome. Room was lovely and clean plenty of room and plenty of storage too. The b&b was clean warm and well decorated would definitely recommend to friends and family and we would be definitely back.

The hosts we're very friendly and welcoming. Kirkview's Location was exceptional, Walking distance from Central pier but also far away enough from the hussle and bussle for a quiet night sleep. The room was very comfortable clean and nicely decorated. We had breakfast and it was fantastic, freshly cooked and piping hot
