Liked everything, great hotel, great host in Josie, great location, yummy breakfast, brilliant rooms with comfy beds, plenty of tea and coffee. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Blackpool.

Extremely clean and tidy. Great size room for my daughter and myself. There is plenty of drawer/cupboard/hanging space. Also, there is plenty of room for our toiletries. (2 adult females!) Loved the fish tank. Rosie is a very helpful, friendly, and kind lady.

We liked everything about the place, position between Tower and pleasure Beach was about 15 minuets walk either direction in a quiet street with shops both at the top and bottom of the street and an exceptional room could not recommend enough
