It was a home from home warm and very comfortable and had nice little extras like a mini fridge with bottled water a cosy living room where there was a honesty bar. Will definitely go again.

Had rebooked as we thoroughly enjoyed hotel last time. Exceptionally clean and great care taken to make sure stay was really comfortable. A wee bit out of city centre but pleasant walk in along promenade. Lovely wee cafe further along road for breakfasts Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel.. Jane and Martin are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble The lounge area is perfect to relax on an evening after long day at Bapto pool tournament

Lovely accomodation. Met with friendly welcome from proprietor. Situated in quiet street and ideal location close to bus and tram links and local pubs and cafes. Will definitely be returning

The property was adults only, making it much quieter than you would expect otherwise, it was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, honestly could not wish for better.
