Room was clean. Bed was really comfy. All of the staff were really helpful. Some quirky antiques to look at. Easy to find and close to beach / town centre. Breakfast was lovely... 10/10

The all you can eat buffet is a massive bonus on the place. I ate like a king. Some of the best curry I have ever eaten and big range of all kinds of tasty dishes. I'd go and eat there even if I wasn't staying. The staff are lovely people and I felt very relaxed and at home. The bar is like a sports bar and had enough atmosphere without being rowdy to enjoy the football on the big televisions. I was staying alone but didn't feel like it in the bar watching the football.

The hotel was about 2 minutes walk from The Waterloo Music Bar. It was within easy walking distance to South Shore Beach and South Shore Pier. Bus-stops were close by and there were plenty of shops and cafes, around that area. The hotel was very clean. Staff were caring and friendly. The room had plenty of good furniture as well as a hospitality-tray ( with a good kettle ) bedside-tables and bedside-lights. The bed had nice linen and a fairly firm, comfortable mattress. The room had ensuite facilities which consisted of a shower, toilet and sink. The room was heated to a comfortable temperature. At night, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The cooked vegetarian breakfast was delicious and generous on, each, day of my stay !

Room was perfect for a family of 5. Beautifully clean and spacious. Food excellent and the staff extremely welcoming to us and the children.

Nice little hotel would deinately recommend for value for money. Clean, easy check in and out, beautiful breakfast, we didn't get to taste the evening meal but it smelt lovely. Staff were friendly, walking distance to the pleasure beach and easy access to the trams. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
