Although we only stayed 1 night the welcoming we had was outstanding and this was due to the 2 owners who made our short stay perfect the breakfast was amazing Will definitely be coming back soon

The owners were fantastic, really friendly and helpful, The room was small but had everything you need and clean, nice comfy bed. Great location from the station, 5 mins walk or less. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything best cooked breakfast in blackpool dean and alan were very nice and i felt at home will definatly be back hotel was central for everything and i could leave my bags at hotel

Very small single room but very clean with 2 friendly owners. The breakfast was exceptional. Only problem was the front door couldn't unlock the front door. Would deffinatley stay again
