The staff were friendly efficient and helpful. The hotel was nicely painted and my room very clean with plenty of tea, coffee and toiletries. The staff at breakfast were lovely and the breakfast cooked really quickly and it was plentiful & delicious.

Nice hotel..pleasant staff ..clean and comfy rooms/beds. Great bar and a good breakfast.our second stay here ..great for football awaydays etc..we will be coming back again no doubt 😀

From arriving the staff were very friendly and welcoming for me and my little boy. Everything was explained and they were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and a good childrens menu. They really made me and my boy welcome.

How clean and modern it was has everything under one roof lovely bar room for kids to play in room was fantastic

Room clean maybe need a little modernising but very good value for money my children lived the games room downstairs close to pleasure beach and watermark a bit of a walk to the tower but can get a tram over the road lovely little seating bit outside salon also and a arcades and fish shop 30 seconds down road and staff are lovely
