Breakfast was fantastic and the bottle of water given as a gift for the journey home as a lovely touch. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for funny girls and tram stops close by.

Staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Room was very clean. Hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable so we had a wonderful sleep.

Steve and Jane were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was great, there is a variety of cereal, toast, full English breakfast, anything you want. The location is great, it’s past the north pier but with a tram stop at the end of the street it makes getting around so easy. I would highly recommend staying here, we are definitely staying again
