From check in to check out the owners could not have been more helpful, rooms clean, breakfast plentiful and well cooked, nice and tidy property, relaxing lounge with recliner chairs and a nice pair of comfy sofas with large TV, a 2min short walk to tram and bus network, a gem of a place !

Both Franco and his wife were so welcoming. Gave us advice on the door system for entering the main entrance. We had a super king room which was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was hot and well cooked. All in all a very pleasant stay and would most definitely visit again if in the area.

The friendly warm welcome from hosts, polite and chatty with whole family. Breakfast hot and fresh defo a bonus. Parking outside helps a lot. All facilities good.
