The warmth from the owners made you feel at home straight away. Nothing had been overlooked and if you did need anything they were available to ask. I would definitely recommend and return for a reasonably priced, comfortable and clean stay.

Very friendly people. On site parking although if you have a big car you will need to use car park over the road but still a short walk. Easy access to everything in town and promenade.

Great hotel if your staying in Blackpool, everything was spot on , lovely and clean really comfortable bed and a great power shower. We also an ironing board and iron , kettle ,tea coffee etc in the room which was really useful. The owners Tash and Jay are really lovely people and make you feel so welcome, the breakfast is cooked to perfection and was totally yummy. There is also a bar downstairs with a great selection of drinks and snacks of which we used a couple of times before we went out for the evening, also saw they have a fantastic darts board if you fancy a game. Thank you again for a really lovely 4 night stay and if we come again we will definitely be making this our first choice place to stay. Hope to see you again sometime soon.

The bed was super comfy, from entering the hotel is immaculate, hosts so friendly and really accommodating, lovely little bar on site, location great. Some great touches such as cabinet of toiletries available to buy. Just what we needed - thank you

Tash and jay were lovely and very helpfull from the off. Walked in the place smelled so clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely and filling and the room was lovely and clean would defo reccommend staying here.

Very central to our requirements and there was pre book space in front of the property for my car Tash was lovely going out of her way to get some wine card ballon’s and banners for my friends birthday

Staff were friendly and helpful we were even shown the room before we booked and payed. Was a 2 minute walk to sea front would definitely recommend and will book here for future visits.
