Good location. Staff were welcoming and dealt with requests ok. Room was airy and spacious and a sea view was great. Breakfast was freshy cooked with cereal as well. Only let down for me was no real ale in the bar and only one choice of non alcoholic. But would stay there again.👍

Had a really good stay.. host was really welcoming and friendly. Room was just the perfect size, set at the right temperature so not too cold. bed was comfy and had a great sleep. shower was good aswell.

*.Clean property, friendly staff. * Southern B&B people of Britain take note: £35 per night including breakfast. Not £35 for breakfast only! Take a leaf out of this hotels book and charge fairly not ridiculously!

We needed an overnight stop over travelling south from Scotland, it fitted perfectly with us. Met by Gary at reception, we had good laugh with him. Definitely stay again

Lovely welcome from Staff. Had to contact Hotel as road works were in process so couldn't find our way in to Park. Phone was answered immediately and Staff gave us directions. Made very welcome on check in. Perfect place for what we wanted. Will go back.
