Very good location with parking space right outside. Room was a lovely cool temperature- I can’t stand stifling hot hotel rooms. Owners are so friendly and the breakfast was cooked to perfection:-)

The couple of have the Rocklea are excellent people, the friendliest one we have stayed in, in Blackpool, the hotel itself was lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was really good

lovely staff, lovely big room. Location great. exceptional breakfast. Also we were allowed on the room just after 12pm and parking was available immediately. Very quiet room on the 2nd floor
