Incredibly clean, the cleanest hotel I've ever visited Blackpool. I also appreciate the mattress encasement due to my own slight anxieties. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, small but perfectly usable. Love the complimentary toiletries, slippers and Blackpool rock. Hosts are incredibly welcoming every time right up to helping with bags, small gestures are so appreciated.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate throughout, and the rooms were comfortable and filled with little extras that make you feel catered for. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice, and the service was great. The hotels location makes it easy to reach the town centre / Winter Gardens. And the hotel entrance was secured at all times.

Excellent accommodation and hospitality by staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.

Amazing breakfast, fantastic powerful shower, really clean, polite and attentive hosts, great facilities and little extras (ear plugs, sleep mask, stick of rock, hot chocolate!) comfy bed.
