Loved the location and it was great to have off-street parking. There is a sign telling you to pay for parking and on my booking says no parking available so I paid. When I got inside to check in I was informed that it's free for bookings. I think they should tell you this on the app or in the car park.

Friendly reception staff. Beautiful dining room and wonderful theatre bar and entertainment. Nice and warm in the room and basic but comfortable.

Friendly staff lovely and clean rooms very spacious felt comfortable everywhere during the stay the young girl who was our server at meal times (forgot to get her name) was exceptional at her job the food was delicious I have nothing bad at all to say about this place

Beds were comfortable and the location was very nice distance from everything on the promenade. Tea and coffee was stocked daily and the stafff were friendly.

Great location tram stop just out side, bed and Pillows comfortable tea coffee facility's room very clean, breakfast was nice too, choice of cerial fresh fruit and a full cooked breakfast Restaurant staff very friendly and happy
