Brilliant customer service 👏 Walking distance to Sandcastle and only 15 minutes walk to sealife. Was quiet even though the hotel was fully booked so perfect night's sleep even witha 4 year old 😴 Couple of Parking places ght around the corner. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Location was ideal, staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodation ticked all the boxes. Room offered all the facilities we could have needed and more.

Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The property has a lot of personality which we loved. Rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. Location was great and parking is close by.

I was extremely wary of booking a hotel in Blackpool as friends and family had warned me how awful they could be, I was so fortunate to have booked this hotel the staff were so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is lovely. I stayed with three children our room was large enough for us all to be comfortable, it was very clean and tidy!! Would highly recommend.

The Room space was good, had 3 toddlers,17 year old and 1 Adult we all had a bed each and I shared with the youngest. So we all slept comfortable. also had a dinning table which was useful in the family room.clean towels and toilet etc. U can order food locally as no restaurant and less than a 5min walk to the beach and water park would stay there again. The gentleman at the front was so kind, friendly and understanding

The couple operating this hotel was exceedingly pleasant, amiable, and accommodating. They made extra efforts to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was outstanding and made to order. We will definitely return.

Very friendly people, Tracey was great at breakfast and gave our kids a toy. Family room was very spacious and the hotel was well furnished throughout. Great location for us near South Pier so very convenient.
